Our recommendation is press the super easy button and offer a simple, standard subsidy percentage for all events. However, you're in control and can offer a unique subsidy and set quantity limitations per event. Once you're signed up, you'll receive periodic contact for us to help with a no-hassle roll-out. Here's the general schedule...

Customized Materials Delivered
About four weeks before registration opens for an event you've selected, we'll email you customized materials that will make it easy to communicate the program and event registration opportunity within your company.

Last Chance Reminder
A few weeks before your registration period ends, we'll send you a reminder to make one last promotion within your company.

Opportunity to Review Registrations
About three weeks before the event, for your peace of mind, you'll receive a report of the subsidized registrations so you can confirm that they are people you truly do want to subsidize. We'll cancel any you tell us to.

One Simple Invoice
After your registration review period is over, you'll receive one simple invoice to pay for the registration subsidies.
